Talk of a “craft cannabis” industry in Oregon arose almost the moment the state voted for legalization, back in 2014. Craft happened with beer and coffee, the thinking went, so why not cannabis? Plus, everyone knew Oregon grew the best bud. Two and a half years later, an organization has formed to turn the notion into a formal movement — the Craft Cannabis Alliance.
